At ELEVATE, we view Physiotherapy as the science of reclaiming your physical potential. Our approach goes beyond temporary relief; we focus on identifying the root cause of your discomfort or physical limitation to restore the foundation of how you move.

Whether you are recovering from an acute injury, managing a chronic condition, or rehabilitating post-surgery, our treatments are evidence-based and clinical in focus. We bridge the gap between injury and your return to daily life through:
1) Clinical Assessment: A thorough evaluation of your musculoskeletal and neurological systems to understand your specific limitations.
2) Functional Restoration: Utilizing targeted manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to regain lost mobility and strength.
3) Pain Management & Education: Empowering you with the knowledge to manage symptoms and prevent the recurrence of injury.
4) Targeted Rehabilitation: Precise, clinical movement patterns designed to restore stability and function to injured tissues.

Our goal is simple: to provide the clinical expertise necessary to help you navigate the path from recovery back to your baseline of health. At ELEVATE, your rehabilitation is handled with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to movement health.

Jayten’s goal is simple: to build athletes who are robust, resilient, and ready for the demands of competition. He believes that quality rehabilitation is training, just scaled appropriately to your current state.

Growing up in the Tri-Cities, Jayten built his foundation with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (SFU) and a Master of Physical Therapy (UBC). Recognizing that standard physio protocols often fall short for high-performing individuals, he earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential. This distinction allows Jayten to utilize advanced exercise progressions and load management strategies tailored specifically for sports performance, ensuring you don’t just recover, but elevate your game.

Jayten combines a holistic view of health—backed by certificates in Applied Human Nutrition and Health & Fitness—with on-field reality. His experience with the Coquitlam Jr. Adanacs, Coquitlam Metroford Soccer, and Centennial Secondary Athletics has given him deep expertise in acute sports injury management and concussion protocols. And let’s not forget, he loves to serve the very community he’s from.

Jayten’s sessions are high-energy and education-focused. He doesn’t believe in boring rehab; he designs sport-specific challenges that engage you mentally and physically. He will push you to your potential, proving that the key to adherence and results is a program that is meaningful, challenging, and directly related to your athletic goals.
